Standard check-in time - 2 p.m., check-out time - 12:00 noon.

Accommodation rate you pay includes continental breakfast delivered to each room.

Early check-in - (from 10 a.m till 12 noon, availability permitting) – subject to a UAH 50 or UAH 100 surcharge (depending on the room category); in case of a night check-in - (from 12 midnight to 10 a.m.) – extra night rate applies; breakfast is included in each case;

Late check-out (later than 12:00 noon till 6 p.m.) - extra 50 % surcharge; late check-out after 6 p.m. - extra night rate applies depending on the room category.

Children under 6: free accommodation in the parent's room if no extra bed is requested. Extra (rollaway) bed for an adult - UAH 70 surcharge; extra (rollaway) bed for children aged 6-11 y.o. - UAH 40 surcharge, accommodation of extra guest - UAH 70 surcharge.
